Hello Neighbors.  Here are some of the highlights from the 2023 Annual Hidden Manor HOA Meeting:

The BOD thanks all who participated in this years’ election.  Nate Infurna, Cedar Mulligan and Anne Buhrmann were elected to be board members.  Anne has served multiple terms already.  Thank you.

Glendale Councilman Ray Malnar spoke about an increasing homeless problem in the area and steps they are taking to reduce this problem.  Additional funding has been appropriated for social programs, etc. If you see a problem, contact the city via GlendaleOne.com

He also talked about 5G towers in Hidden Manor.  There was a lot of concern about this!  The FCC controls where and how many 5G towers are placed in a neighborhood.  The City of Glendale and the owners have no input.  This seems very unfair, but the FCC and the State of AZ control this issue.  We have no idea how many towers are planned or where they will be located.

Please use the GlendaleOne website to address any concerns you may have in the neighborhood.  You can download the app or just go to the website and use the menu.  A inspector will be assigned within 48 hours.

Bulk trash pickup has changed!  You are now required to put bulk trash items on the curb/street.  Do not place the items in your yard.  There have been too many cases of property damage during pickup.

Short term rentals MUST get a permit from the City of Glendale or face a hefty fine.

The architectural committee has approved numerous items in the past year.  Please make sure to fill out the paperwork correctly and obtain any necessary permits.  Be realistic when attaching a paint scheme. A one inch swath is probably not well represented.

The yards are looking good although the weeds have started resurging lately.  Please tend to them when you are able.  If you receive a violation letter from the management company, please take care of the issue or call them.  You may also email the BOD at hiddenmanorhoa.gmail.com

The annual fees remain at $95 and statements will be sent out shortly.  Please pay your dues by the end of March. Interest penalties will be added after 60 days late.

We are looking at community events as the weather warms up.  Please let us know if you have any suggestions.  Many new families have been welcomed to Hidden Manor.  We are updating a new directory and need your help.  Please update your email and phone number so you can be contacted when necessary.
